Creating Stories
Sharing success stories is a powerful way for your institution to communicate its development, progress, and the positive impact it has had. Not only does it provide a glimpse into your achievements, but it also serves as a motivational tool for others, inspiring them to believe in the transformative process. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and sharing success stories effectively.
Step 1: Initiating Story Creation

Two methods can be used to create a story:

On the Home Page, click the "Share your story" button.

Navigate to your Institution's page from the Home section. Select the cause and click on “Share your Story.”
Step 2: Filling in Story Details

Fill in the story details, including:

Title of the story
-
Story content (description)

Optionally, add relevant Tags to classify the story and facilitate easier searches.

Click the "Next" button to proceed.
Step 3: Adding Story Images

This page allows you to enhance your story by adding image(s).

Upload the image(s) that best represent the story's essence.

Click the "Next" button after uploading the image(s).
Step 4: Saving or Submitting the Story
At this stage, you have the option to:

Save the story as a draft for future editing.

Submit the story for approval.

If the story is complete and ready for submission, you can send it for approval.

Once all data has been entered and the story is ready, it can be submitted for approval as shown.
Step 5: Displaying Approved Story

Upon approval, the story will be showcased on the Home page along with other stories.

Users can easily search for stories using the Tags that were provided for the story.
