Creating Volunteers for the Cause
Volunteering is a dynamic and impactful way for individuals to contribute to their communities and society at large. By actively participating in social causes, volunteers play a vital role in creating a better world. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to effectively engage with volunteering opportunities and make a meaningful difference.
Step 1: Enabling Volunteer Opportunities

To initiate the process, click on the "New Cause" link.

Toggle the "Volunteer" switch to enable volunteer opportunities for the cause.
Step 2: Providing Volunteer Details

Once the volunteer toggle is enabled, fill in the necessary volunteer information.

Required fields: FirstName, LastName, Email.

Optionally, add custom fields by clicking on "Additional fields" and entering the new field names.

Define the volunteer type and provide a description by clicking on "Volunteer type."

Click the "Save" button after entering all required details.
Step 3: Finalizing the Cause Details

On the cause creation page, select relevant images that represent your cause.

Click the "Next" button to proceed.

Review all the cause details to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Click the "Save" button to create the cause.
Step 4: Adding Volunteers

Access the newly created cause's page.

Locate the "Volunteer" section on the page.

Add volunteers by providing their details and selecting the appropriate volunteer category.

Click the "Submit" button to save the changes.
Approval Process:

Volunteer details submitted will be forwarded to the Cause manager and Admin of the Institution for approval.

This step ensures that all volunteer entries are reviewed and validated before being confirmed.
