Creating and Managing Institutions on easy-donate Platform

Are you ready to make a positive impact on the world? With the easy-donate platform, you can create and manage charitable institutions to drive change and raise awareness for your cause. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Creating an Institution:

Step 1: Start by visiting the easy-donate home page. Locate and click on the "Institutions" tab.

Step 2: On the Institutions page, find and click on the "Create institution" link.

Step 3: Provide the necessary institutional details, including a valid email address. 

Once you've completed the details, click the "Next" button.

Step 4: To personalize your institution, add images that represent it. Click on the "Click here to add images" box, choose the desired images (such as your institution's logo), and select the main image using the blue check mark. 

Step 5: Fill in additional information such as social media handles and an optional description. When you're ready, click the "Save" button.

Step 6: Choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Options include:

• Free Give Back Plan
• Impact Plan (Monthly subscription)
• Premium Plan (Monthly subscription)
• Fully Managed Plan (Monthly subscription)

For the monthly subscription plans, set up your payment method through the Billing menu in the Institution's settings.

 Step 8: Once you've completed these steps, your institution will be created and visible on the page.

Updating an Institution:

If you need to make changes to your institution's information, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the institution you wish to update.
• At the bottom of the page, click on the pencil icon to initiate editing mode.
• Modify fields such as the institution's name, contact information, description, and images.
• Once you've made the necessary changes, click the submit icon to save your edits.
