Generating Donation Reports 

Generating donation reports is essential for tracking the financial contributions made to your institution's causes. easy-donate offers two types of donation reports: Institution (Cumulative) based reports and Cause based reports. These reports help you monitor and analyze donation activity efficiently. This guide outlines the steps to generate both types of reports.

Generating Institution (Cumulative) Based Reports:

Step 1: Accessing Reports

• Log in to your easy-donate account. 
• Select your Institution from the Institution's tab. 
• Click on "Reports."

Step 2: Customizing the Report

• Choose a start date and an end date for the customized report.
• Click on the "Generate Report" button.

Step 3: Downloading the Report

• The generated report will be displayed on the screen. 
• Click on the download icon to download the report to your device. 
• The cumulative donation report includes columns like Date, Description, Phone, Address, Categories, Campaign Name, Total Payment, Fee covered by donor, Fee covered by Recipient, Donation Amount, Payout Amount, Cause Available Balance, and Total Available Balance. 
• Click on "Show more Columns" to view additional details.

Generating Cause Based Reports:

Step 1: Accessing Donations

• Log in to your easy-donate account. 
• Select your Institution from the Institution's tab. 
• Click on "Donations."

Step 2: Viewing Cause List

• A list of Causes created by your Institution will be displayed. 
• Select a specific cause to view its detailed donation report. 
• Optionally, you can select individual causes for which you want to generate reports or click on the "Select All" checkbox to download reports for all Causes.

Step 3: Viewing Cause Donation Report

• Detailed donation reports for the selected cause(s) will be displayed.
