Onboarding Checklist for Charitable Institutions

Welcome to easy-donate, the platform that empowers charitable institutions to make a difference. To get started with your journey, follow these steps and provide the necessary information.

1. Invitation Code

Contact us at info@easy-donate.com to receive your unique invitation code.

2. Email Address

Use the institution owner's email address, which will also serve as the username for signing in to easy-donate. You can sign in using native or social sign-in options like Google, Facebook, and Apple.

3. First Name and Last Name

Provide the first and last names of the institution owner.

4. Phone Number

Share a contact number for your institution.

5. Address Details

Enter the physical address of your institution:

• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2 (if applicable)
• City
• State
• Country
• Zip Code

6. Institution Online Presence

Share your institution's online presence:

• Institution Website
• Institution Facebook Page
• Institution Instagram Page
• Institution YouTube Page

7. Institution Description

Write a brief description of your charitable institution, outlining its mission and activities.

8. Institution Images

Upload images that represent your institution. These will be displayed on the Recipient page on easy-donate.

9. Institution Subscription Plan

Currently, we offer a zero-dollar limited usage subscription.

10. Additional Users

Configure additional users with specific roles like Admins, Cause Managers, and Coordinators for your Recipient.

11. Payout Account

Provide bank details for transferring donation proceeds:

• Account Representative's Name
• Legal First Name
• Legal Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Last Four Digits of Social Security Number

You can also consider optional ID verification.

12. Cause Details

For each cause you're creating, provide:

• Cause Name
• Email Contact for the Cause
• Cause Description
• Cause Goal (optional, set a donation target)
• Default Donation Values (up to three options)
• Cause Categories (up to three categories)

13. Volunteer Information (Optional)

If you want to enable volunteer support, configure additional information for volunteers to provide during registration.

14. Attendees Information (Optional)

For beneficiaries of the cause, enable 'attendee' support and configure additional information for participants during registration.

15. Scheduled Event (Optional)

Specify if the cause is a scheduled event, and if so:

• Start Date (default is immediate)
• End Date (default is unlimited)
• Welcome Message for Event Attendees

16. Campaign Images

Upload images that represent the cause. These will be displayed on the Cause page on easy-donate.
