• To remove an Institution, select the specific Institution you want to delete. 
• Click on "Remove Institution" as shown in the interface.

Step 2: Deleting an Institution

• Deleting an Institution is only allowed if there are no active or inactive causes within it. 
• Only the owner of the Institution can initiate its deletion. 
• If there are no active or inactive causes and the owner approves, the deletion process can proceed. 
• When a deletion request is initiated, and if there were past donation and payout activities, the Institution will be moved to a deleted state. All Institution information will be preserved for potential future needs, such as auditing purposes.

Removing a Cause:

Step 1: Accessing Cause Removal

• To request the removal of a cause, first, edit the specific cause by selecting the pencil option at the bottom of the cause setting page.

Step 2: Initiating Cause Removal

• Editing the cause enables various editable options, including the option to remove the Cause. 
• Click on "Remove Cause" to proceed with the removal process.

Step 3: Removal Considerations

• If the cause has an outstanding donation balance that hasn't been paid out to the Institution, removal won't be allowed, and a message will indicate the same. 
• If there were donations in the past, removing the cause will move it to a deleted state, preserving all relevant information for future potential requirements.
