How to get started using easy-donate? 

This section is mainly focused on donors, volunteers and event attendees. If you are a charitable organization and use easy-donate to launch your campaigns, please check out the section on Institutions.

• easy-donate is accessible on your personal desktop computer or laptop, and your mobile phone based on iOS and Android. You can also access the web version of easy-donate on your mobile phone browser.

Guest User

As a guest, when you access easy-donate.com, you will encounter our landing page. Here you can learn more about our platform, find trending causes, and get answers for FAQ at the bottom of the page.

On the top navigation bar, you can click on our logo to return to the initial page. Products and Pricing will have relevant information for our Institution accounts. easy-donate doesn’t profit from donors, volunteers, or attendees, only from Institutions that chose to subscribe to our paid services.

Click on About Us to learn more about our history, mission and the creative forces behind easy-donate Inc. Through Help you will find options to contact us and refer back to this page (documentation).

Selecting Discover will direct you to our social platform. You can get more information on the Social Platform tab, but on that page you will be able to interact with fellow givers and institutions, customizing it to display the causes that matter most to you.

You can also use the Search menu option to quickly find institutions, causes and stories that you are interested in.

Note that if you are not signed in, some features such as Profile and Create a Post will not be accessible. Additionally, your interactions won’t be saved when in Guest mode. You can always use the Sign-in/Sign-Up menu button to sign-in to the application.

Creating an account with easy-donate

If this is your first time creating an account with easy-donate, you can click on the Sign-Up button on the previously mentioned top navigation bar, this will take you to the page below. In your case, make sure the option Donors & Volunteers is highlighted.

Once on this section you can choose to sign up through one of the following ways:

• native account - This is an account managed by easy-donate. We use a state of the art and secure authentication system to manage usernames and passwords. It will receive an authentication code on the email address provided and will need to input this information before proceeding. It’s important that you read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and confirm consent before proceeding to the home page.
• social sign-in - You can also sign in to easy-donate with an existing Google, Facebook, or Apple account. You will be asked to first sign-in to these social accounts to verify your credentials.

You will then be asked to provide additional personal information, such as your First and Last Name, Address and Date of Birth in order to create your profile. 

Clicking on Save & Next will prompt you to choose the topics you are interested in exploring throughout your giving journey. This step is optional, as well as following top influencers and following top institutions, however, they are highly recommended to improve your experience on our social platform and provide you with engaging content.

To opt-out of the last three choices, simply click on Skip on the top right corner of the page. 

Sign In to your existing account

If you already have an account with easy-donate, you can select the Sign In button on our Home Page, or anywhere else you may be prompted, such as when trying to create a post.

You can then authenticate yourself with the email address you provided, and the password created on the previous step, or if you choose to, continue to access your account using your Google, Facebook, or Apple credentials.

When you are signed into your account, you’ll be directed to the Social Platform, to access the initial page, click on your initials on the top right corner and select About us.
