Managing user data is an essential aspect of any institution's operations. In easy-donate, you can efficiently track information about donors, volunteers, and attendees. This guide will walk you through the process of accessing user data, tracking volunteer time, and managing reports within the platform.
Step 1: Accessing User Information

Navigate to the Institution's settings page.

Select 'Users' to view a comprehensive summary of donors, volunteers, and attendees associated with each Cause in the Institution.
Step 2: Viewing Summary Information

The summary page displays key information about Donors, Volunteers, and Attendees for each Cause.

Get a quick overview of the user engagement within different causes.
Step 3: Exploring Detailed User Information

Click on a specific Cause displayed on the summary page to delve deeper into details about Donors, Volunteers, and Attendees.

Access more comprehensive data about user engagement for a particular cause.
Step 4: Tracking Volunteer Time

easy-donate enables you to accurately track the time contributed by volunteers for each Cause.

On the summary page for a Cause, click on the specific Cause to get detailed insights into donors, volunteers, and attendees.

In the volunteers table, the last column contains the 'Track Time' button.

Click on 'Track Time' to input volunteer hours and have it reflected in the 'Total Time' column.
Step 5: Adding Volunteer Hours

Specify the date and the number of hours volunteered.

Click the "+" sign to add the specified date to the respective volunteer's entry.
Step 6: Downloading and Emailing Reports

Download user reports in Excel (.csv) format by clicking the download icon.

If you need to share the reports, click on the email icon to email them directly to the intended recipients.
